Meet Our Church Leaders

We are an enthusiastic church. Our leaders have been volunteering in their communities for many years, and they bring with them the ability to lead, to inspire and to care for the needy without condescension or hidden agendas.

With many years of dedication, experience and commitment among them, our leaders provide The Pentecostals of New Britain with spiritual direction from the Lord and the inspiration to keep our church growing.

Rev. Warren R. Tryon, Jr. & Mrs. Nina Tryon

Senior Pastor & Church Administrator

Pastor Warren R. Tryon, Jr has served the District of Connecticut for many years. He has filled positions such as Sunday School Secretary, Sunday School Director, Home Missions Director, and he served 8 years as Presbyter of Section Two (the North West section of the state of Connecticut).

Bro. & Sis. Tryon became pastors of The Pentecostals of New Britain, Connecticut on June 3rd, 1992. After taking this small congregation of seven voting members, Pastor & Sis. Tryon have seen the Lord accomplish mighty things. After two building acquisitions (including building their present worship facilities), the congregation has seen tremendous growth.

Bro. Tryon received credentials with the United Pentecostal Church International in July 1987 and was ordained on May 6th, 1994.

Bro. Tryon and his family are grateful for all the Lord has done and hope to serve Him in any way He allows. Sis. Tryon is a wonderful wife and mother who has many talents.
